The Large Animal Clinic focuses on veterinary education, treatment, research, and pathology for large animals, serving farmers and food producers. Large Animal Ambulatory services can be booked by appointment to perform on-site treatment.

Midwestern University Partnership with Phoenix Zoo

Midwestern University is excited to announce a new partnership with the Arizona Center for Nature Conservation (ACNC)/Phoenix Zoo for the highly anticipated Veterinary Medical Center, which will include the Midwestern University Zoological Medical Institute and the JoEllen and Philip Doornbos Veterinary Student Center.

Midwestern University’s Audubon on Campus Chapter Receives FORBIRDS Grant Funding

In December 2024, in partnership with the City of Glendale Community Center, the student chapter of Audubon on Campus at Midwestern University received a $10,000 Audubon in Action grant for its initiatives to provide habitat areas for local bird species and education about them for community residents.
